225: What is small leadership?

As I continue to talk about leadership and promote the Highly Sensitive Person Leadership Academy, a theme I want to touch on is that Small Leadership is a skill we're all going to be called on to develop in coming years. This is especially needed as we go into the diminishment of many larger systems outside of us, that we have up until now counted on to lead us. We're in a time when we're moving away from large, monolithic leadership, and we're going into an era of learning to rely on, tend to, step up within, local communities. I know a lot of you don't view yourself as leaders, but I'm urging you to reconsider. Leadership isn't going to be optional in the future. We're all going to be called to step up in some way, whether we plan for it or not, whether we want to or not. And that's my mission with HLA. To give you the skills to handle leadership, when that time inevitably comes. That, to me, is small leadership.

HLA is now open, with enrollment closing October 1st. Just head here: http://www.catherinedandrews.com/hla
