203: Why you might be scared to start journaling

Have you really wanted to start journaling because you know it would help your emotional state, your mental health, your self-discovery, but you just can't seem to start? You're not alone. I had a flourishing journaling practice in my youth and then college but in my 20s and 30s couldn't get started again, and I see a lot of folks deal with this too. Tune in for more on this and tips on how to create what I call a "reparative journaling experience" so you can unlock journaling and all its benefits for you once again.
