215: How can a pragmatic skeptic begin to engage with manifesting?

Hey there, Soothers! If you're anything like me, you might consider yourself a pretty logical, practical person. And... you might be a little spiritually curious, too. If you've heard of the concept of manifesting and are intrigued by it, but also think it sounds a little bonkers and cringe and gross, and yet, something in you still wants to know more, come listen to this episode. In it I talk about manifestation misconceptions, why you don't have to consider yourself spiritual to engage with manifestation, why we must consider trauma and privilege when it comes to the concept, and I give you very practical steps to start whatever your manifestation practice might look like. This is an episode for us realists out there, but who also maybe want to believe in a little bit of magic again.

Intrigued? Sign up for the Sunday Soother Membership, where in August I'll be teaching a masterclass on Manifestation for Highly Sensitive People. $44.

The Sunday Soother podcast is a spin-off of The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality, magic and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways.
