220: What two kittens recently taught me about the principles of non-attachment

Have you heard of the concept of non-attachment — releasing shoulds or clinging to how people or circumstances should be, or attaching to material items — and thought, "Sounds cool, but hard, and uh, how does one do that?" Tune in for a quick explainer of how attachment can show up in our lives and how we can begin to release it and surrender and allow the flow of life in instead.

Join me for three days in September for the Highly Sensitive Person Leadership Summit! For one hour each night, in community, on September 5, 6 and 7, we’ll come together to discuss three elements of leadership that are particularly important for Highly Sensitive People.
