177: What the hell is a mastermind and why would a highly sensitive woman want to join one?

Today I explain what a mastermind is and why especially highly sensitive women should consider joining one as part of their healing process. We can often be hyper-independent -- we can do it all alone! We don't need help! -- and groups like masterminds, where we come together with other like-minded souls for healing and growth and accountability and love and BEING SEEN as we ARE, not as we think we need to be or should be -- can be a critical and powerful part of our healing process, of understanding that we can show up human, that we get to ask for help, that we get to be seen in our full emotional spectrum and that it is now safe to do so.
